SHIPPING  

All orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. Please note, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the postal service.

All orders ship via USPS. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 and $20 for all international orders. Please note: A signature is required upon delivery of all orders. In the event your order is returned back us, you will be responsible for any further shipping fees.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during pre-order and sale promotions. ie; Promotional sales and Black Friday. You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to update.Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.

We are only responsible to ship to the address provided during checkout.

REROUTED PACKAGES

Please note; the shipping address is automatically added to the USPS database once your order is placed. Please insure the shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information.

If the shipping address does not match the address listed on your order, please email standishleeonline@gmail.com within 8 hours of your received confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international packages may require additional processing time. StandishLee is not responsible for additional shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods.

If a package is returned due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

 

 
 
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once we have received a payment for an item and the item has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make address changes.

If your USPS tracking details state “notice left”, please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days after the first attempt of delivery.

If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you did not sign for your package, please contact your USPS office. StandLee is not responsible for packages that are misplaced after delivery to the address listed on the order.

 

 

RETURNS

StandishLee offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS).

Once orders are placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact StandishLee within 7 days of receiving the order to request store credit. After the 7th day, the item is considered a final sale.

Please note: If your request for store credit is granted, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send the item back to the StandishLee warehouse. The item must be delivered to the warehouse within 5 days.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit will be issued. Please email standishleeonline@gmail.com to request a return and or any questions about the company's policies.
